What a treat from start to finish. The whole experience was wonderful. Every dish was freshly made and arrived at the table piping hot.

What truly made the evening special, though, was our waitress, Claudia. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and generous throughout the night. Nothing was too much trouble. Part of our group was delayed by a ski lesson, and Claudia thoughtfully coordinated the timing of the dishes, holding some back so that everyone’s food arrived hot just as they walked through the door. That level of care and attention made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease.
